How do I upload artwork?
If you want to use a logo or graphic that is located
on your computer, you should go to the Art Upload page
that is located as a tab going across the top of the page
and fill the information that is asked and click on the browse
button. You will see a Browse window that will let you
navigate to the desired file. Once you have located the file then
select it and then click on the open button. Next, Click
on the Submit button.The process is very simliar
to attaching a file to an email message. When you hit submit
you will get a page that confirms the file was sent.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. We will send a mock up of your logo either by email or we can fax it to you.
Will you start printing any order without verbal or written approval?
We strive to make every purchase a pleasure. As a part of that process
we will not begin production until you 100% approve all artwork.
How do I choose colors to print?
When ordering items from this site you can choose from our stock colors
which are prefilled into the dropdown menus in the options section. If you
want to view stock imprint colors go the imprint color page or click here
stock imprint colors to view imprint colors. If you have specific pantone colors you can
also type those in manually when filling out the choose your options area.
MATS- We match the colors of the logo you send or we follow the direction you give us
regarding color of you logo.
Once I place an order either by internet or phone, do you send confirmation?
After order is placed you will receive a sales order by email.
How Long will it take for delivery?
Most items ship within 5 to 7 business days from art approval. Custom Logo Mats take a minimum
of 9 business days after art approval.
Will I be charged again for art or set up fees for reorders?
If you order the exact same item and do not change the logo then set up fees will be waived(within 18 months). If you reorder online the shopping cart will automatically charge you for the fees but once we review the order a determine its an exact reorder then we will credit your account back those fees.
Can I get a sample of the item(s) we are interested in purchasing?
Yes. Please email request to firstname.lastname@example.org with shipping address
and items that you want to review and we will ship out within 48 hours. We will send
up to 3 items FREE! $7 and under...
How can I get shipping cost for my order?
There are several ways to do this. The easiest way is follow these step by step instructions:
1. Choose the item you wish to purchase
2. Enter the quantity you are going to purchase
3. Add to cart
4. Review the products you've just added to cart
5. In the Shipping rates box choose your state and enter the zip code in which it will ship
6. Hit recalculate
7. Then click on the dropdown menu to see your options for shipping
8. This will give you the exact shipping cost of the product you want to purchase
