Will I see a proof? Yes. We will send a mock up of your logo either by email or we can fax it to you. You will have a personal art liason that will direct you thru the process of getting artwork approved. Depending on the product you should see a proof within 24 to 72 hours.
Will you start printing any order without verbal or written approval? We strive to make every purchase a pleasure. As a part of that process we will not begin production until you 100% approve all artwork.
Once I place an order either by internet or phone, do you send confirmation? After order is placed you will receive a sales order by email.
How Long will it take for delivery? Most items ship within 5 to 7 business days from art approval depending on the number of colors to be print. Custom Logo Mats take a minimum of 9 business days after art approval. Rush orders ship out based on the times that are outlined in the order process.
