Dye lots vary from piece to piece and variations of color are the inherent nature of this Reactive Glaze product. These mugs are hand dipped and then fired in an oxidation kiln. Varying levels of oxygen shot into the glaze creates a unique and variation of color on every mug (even mugs manufactured within the same production run).
